Assam Masala
Le Assam Masala est un thé noir, préparé avec un équilibre parfait de cardamome, de clou de girofle et de cannelle. Il contient des niveaux moyens de caféine et présente une saveur corsée. Il est couramment utilisé comme thé du petit-déjeuner mais est également souvent apprécié comme thé de l'après-midi avec un dessert. Chaque boîte contient environ 100 grammes de thé en vrac.
Ingrédients : Thé noir, écorce de gingembre, écorce de clou de girofle de curcuma, poivre noir, galanga, cardamome, écorce de cannelle, arôme
Instructions : Ajoutez 1-2 cuillères à café de thé en vrac à environ 6 oz (180 ml) d'eau à une température de 200-210°F (95-100°C). Laissez infuser le thé pendant environ 3-5 minutes, puis savourez !
